We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Extended hours 6:30am to 6:00pm.
Yes, we offer part-time care options for families who need it. However, the days must be the same each week in order to have the part-time rates.
We care for children from 6 weeks old through 12 years old.
Yes, we do accept special-needs children. However, we ask that you let us know ahead of time of your child's needs as we need to ensure we have the proper staff and equipment ready to go before their first day.
In order to start your child, you must provide your child's birth certificate, shot records, and physical from the doctor. You must also fill out all paperwork before leaving your child in our care.
We supply most things your child will need during the day, but there are a few items you will still need to bring -
> diapers
> wipes
> formula/breast milk (if infancy)
> 2 - 5 changes of clothes
> If you have a preference on certain items, then you must supply those items as well. These are, but not limited to, blankets, bottles/sippy cups, & pacifiers.
We change diapers every two hours but will change your child when they have a bowel movement. Before and rest time, they are also changed. And before leaving the daycare, your child will be changed so they have a fresh diaper.
If your child is already potty-trained, then they will go to the bathroom every two hours unless they are needing it more frequently.
If your child is being potty-trained, then we will work with you on a schedule. Every two hours, your child will be brought to the bathroom. If they do not go, then the child will be brought back in an hour, then in every twenty minutes until they go.
We provide meals every two hours; our schedule is 7:00 - 8:00AM Breakfast, 9:30 AM Snack, 11:30 AM Lunch, 2:00 PM Snack, 4:00 2nd PM Snack.
Each child has their own water available to them all hours of the day and provided during snacks. Milk is offered at breakfast and lunch.
*Infants do not follow this schedule if they are fed on demand*
No. We participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, and no outside food or drinks are permitted in the building with the exception of special events or dietary restrictions with a doctor's note.
Daycare is not for everyone. With that being said, we offer a two-week trial period where you (or we) can decide if daycare is the right fit for your child.
Yes, you still have to pay even if your child is absent any day out of the week.
You are required to pay the weekly fee before the week starts. However, if you choose to pay monthly then it is due before your child attends. If you participate in subsidy or with the mixed delivery grant, there is a monthly co-pay.
Yes, we do participate in subsidy, or state funding for childcare. If you need help with your application, go to your county's DSS (Department of Social Services) website or building.
We also participate in several organizations that offer childcare grants, such as Mixed Delivery. If you wish to be a part of this grant, contact us to be placed on a waiting list.
We require at least a two-week notice for when you plan on stopping care. If you do not provide those two weeks ahead of time, then yes, you are obligated to pay through the next two weeks of when we unenroll your child.
